Even if your goal is to improve your overall health, to improve your performance or to feel your best. Search our reviews online or visit our testimonials page to find out what our patients are saying about our Fort Myers chiropractors and our multispecialty team at Lifestyles Chiropractic.
At your first visit to Lifestyles Chiropractic, you will quickly see and experience how and why we're different! Dr. Darin Stokke will explain our way of providing chiropractic care in our unique integrated healthcare model. After a thorough consultation and case history you will be given a complete 28 point Functional Examination to make sure you receive an accurate diagnosis based off of your function and to see if our unique non-surgical solutions are a good fit to address your needs.
If, and only if x-rays are needed, our office is equipped with the latest digital, high-frequency x-ray equipment on-site.
In most cases, you will also receive a 7 point Functional Movement Evaluation to rank and grade specific movement patterns that are key to the normal function of the body. By screening these patterns, we can identify functional limitations and asymmetries of the body that are often the cause of pain and dysfunction and provide specific care and rehabilitative exercises to address these issues. Our office has providers that are FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Certified specifically to screen for dynamic functional movement limitations and dysfunctions.
Our focus in care is based on the fact that Movement Equals Life and Functional Movement Equals Health!
Once an accurate diagnosis is made, we will customize a plan of care for you which may include Chiropractic care, Progressive Functional Movement (PFM) Rehabilitation program, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy (HDLT), Nutritional considerations, Medical and Orthopedic referrals and Lifestyle Planning unique for your condition and health goals. We believe you deserve the FASTEST RELIEF POSSIBLE, not a sales pitch for never-ending care.
You should come to your first appointment expecting no hype, no nonsense, and no long-term programs...just results! We want you to get back to the LIFESTYLE you desire and deserve as fast as possible!
You will begin exercises and active functional therapies as soon as possible, together with home exercises, to speed you along your path to full recovery. It's because we uniquely combine the best of manual therapies, function-based rehabilitation, individualized nutritional plans, and state-of-the-art techniques and technologies, that our patients often experience FAST AND LASTING RELIEF under our care, even when treatment failed elsewhere.
